One of the more well-known outdoor attractions in Huntsville for kids is Huntsville Botanical Garden. Sitting on 112 acres and open year round, the Botanical Garden has nature trails, a children's garden, and the nation's largest open-air butterfly house. If you and your family love the outdoors, this is a great place to take your kids. If you're looking for a place to take your kids to cool off during the hot summer months, there are several splash pads located across Huntsville:
